One of the things I am super excited about with my new career adventure is I get to hang out with some of the most amazing minds in the industry. At Advanced Health we have monthly meetings where we come together to learn and connect with a broad range of professionals to gain deeper insight to different treatment modalities. Yesterday we spent time with Nanette Latta at Smarter Sport. Nan has a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science with over 20 years of experience working with elite athletes to measure and improve performance. I volunteered as the demo body of course to demonstrate the newest technology in the industry, Fusionstics. Movement patterns are not only curial to unlocking peak performance. But also living a capable pain free lifestyle. Especially as we age.
