Naomi grew up surrounded by natural remedies. Her dad worked as a deep muscle therapist for 25 years, alongside herbal remedies, hydrotherapy and essential oils, so this way of thinking about the body was the household normal.
She spent almost 20 years as a chef, a career that fed her love of food and nutrition but never quite answered the pull toward being of service on a deeper level.
At 17 she was in a serious motorbike accident. Managing her own injuries since then has been the thread through everything: staying strong, staying mobile, and refusing to accept pain as a permanent state. That led her into fitness as a personal trainer and group instructor with a focus on corrective exercise and functional movement, and then into a Diploma in Remedial Massage.
The combination is the point. Naomi reads movement patterns as well as tissue, so a treatment tends to come with a plan for what to do between visits.
